What to Include

To help us understand your request, please include:

  • Device model, such as iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple Vision device
  • Operating system version
  • PaletteLens app version
  • A short description of the issue or question
  • Steps to reproduce the issue, if you are reporting a bug
  • Screenshots, if they help explain the problem

Please avoid sending private photos unless they are necessary for troubleshooting and you are comfortable sharing them by email.

Common Questions

Where are my palettes stored?

Your palettes are stored locally on your device.

Are my photos uploaded?

No. PaletteLens processes selected photos on your device. PaletteLens itself does not upload your photos to a server.

How do I import an image?

Use Photos, Files, or Camera from the app toolbar, depending on your device.

How do I copy a color?

Tap or click a color swatch to copy its HEX value.

How do I unlock more palettes and colors?

PaletteLens Pro unlocks unlimited palettes, up to 12 colors per palette, palette regeneration, and advanced tools.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID settings in the App Store. Apple handles billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund requests.
